Machine Details

Hopper: This depositing hopper is double-layer design which has the function of heat preservation and heating. The hopper is processed and polished by our CNC center which has no dead angles so as to easy to clean. Stainless steel material make it durable to use.

Piston Rods: The upper part of the piston rod is made of stainless steel, and the lower part is a copper sleeve. The two cooperate with each other to realize the entrance and exit of the syrup through up and down motion, ensuring accurate depositing of lollipop.

Depositing Nozzles: A standardized machine is equipped with 6 depositing nozzles. According to the needs of the customer, one mold cavity corresponds to one or more nozzles to ensure the most perfect depositing effect.

Mold Pusher: After you put the mold on the rail, just press the buttons in the both sides, then the pusher will push the mold to move forward. When the mold reaches at the depositing part, the syrup will be deposited to the mold automatically.
