The continuous inflating machine in the cotton candy production line injects air into the melted syrup through high-speed rotating airflow, causing the syrup to rapidly expand and form numerous fine air bubbles. This process significantly increases the volume of the syrup, making it light and fluffy. The entire inflation process is carefully controlled to maintain consistent temperature, ensuring optimal inflation and product quality.

The flavor and colorant mixing system in the cotton candy production line is equipped with up to four sets of flavor and colorant mixers. These mixers accurately add flavorings and colorants to the inflated cotton candy material via metering pumps. This ensures precise and consistent incorporation of different colors and flavors into the material, providing the necessary inputs for the subsequent cotton candy production process.

The cotton candy extrusion system consists of multiple extrusion heads and servo motors for precise control. After the inflation and coloring processes are completed, the cotton candy material is extruded either parallel or rotationally, according to the customer's specifications. The extruded cotton candy strips are then deposited onto a pre-starched conveyor belt for initial cooling and shaping, ensuring the final product maintains the desired texture and form.

The cooling line in the cotton candy production line is designed to facilitate the cooling and setting of the extruded cotton candy. As the cotton candy moves along the cooling line, it undergoes gradual cooling, allowing it to solidify and retain its shape before proceeding to the next stage of the production process. This ensures that the product maintains its desired texture and consistency for further handling and packaging.

The starch dusting system in the cotton candy production line consists of two units: the powdering and covering stations. These units perform starch application before extrusion and after cooling, respectively. The starch serves two main purposes: it prevents the cotton candy from sticking together and aids in the shaping of the product. The starch is recycled throughout the process to ensure efficient use and maintain product quality.

The cotton candy production line features three de-starching units designed to remove excess starch from the surface of the cotton candy. As the cotton candy passes through rotating drums, it tumbles and gently sheds the excess starch. The removed starch is then automatically collected and returned to the beginning of the production line for recycling and reuse, ensuring a continuous, efficient process while maintaining product quality.
