GD150-S Automatic Hard Candy (KOPIKO)depositing line 

FEATURES:

The processing line is a compact unit which can continuously produce various kinds of hard candies under a strict sanitary condition. It is also an ideal equipment which can produce out good quality products with the saving of both the manpower and the space occupied.

1. PLC /computer process with servo control available;
2. An LED touch panel for easy operating;
3. The standard production capacity is from 150-200kg/h;
4. The main parts is made of hygienic Stainless Steel
5. Optional (mass) flowing controlled by Frequency inverters ;
6. In-line injection, dosing and pre-mixing techniques for the proportional addition of liquid;
7. Dosing pumps for the automatic injection of colors, flavors and acids;
8. Use automatic steam control system instead of manual steam valve which controls a stable steam supply to the micrifim cooker;
9. "two-color stripe depositing", "two-color double layers depositing", "central filling", "clear" hard candies and etc. can be made as option.
10. Moulds can be made according to the candies samples provided by the customer.

Raw material dissolving ->Transporting->Storage->Dosing->Pre-heating-> Micro-film cooking->Discharding->Mixing with favor and color-> Depositing->Cooling->De-moulding-> Conveying->Packing->Final products

Testing & training:
The plant layout design, assembling and installation, start-up and local team training will be FREE at no cost. But if the machine is exported to other countries, the buyer should be responsible for the round-air tickets, local transportation, board & lodging, and US$50.-/day/person for the pocket money to our technicians. The testing people will be some persons, and will cost 15 days.
WARRANTY:
The seller guarantees the quality of the products for 12 months since the date of installation. During the warranty period, any problems/defaults happen on the hard parts of the machinery, the buyer will replace the parts at the seller's cost (FREE). If the defaults are aroused by the defaulted operations, or the buyer needs the technical assistance for the processing problems, the buyer should be responsible for all the cost and their allowance.
Utilities:
The buyer should prepare sufficient electric power, water, steam and compressed air supplies which are suitable to be connected to our machinery before the arrival of our machinery.
VALIDITY:
This offer is valid for 60 days.
