Continuous vacuum cooker
The vertical white pulling machine is used for pulling syrup cooked in high and low temperature, it meets with the requirements requested by candy industry. This unit can not only be used for syrup white pulling of higher requested in structure and quality, but also the pulling time and pulling arm speed are adjustable accordingly.
This machine is able to cook syrup continuously with automatic temperature control. The micro film cooker's feature is large capacity, fast processing, accurate control of cooking temperature and high vacuum. Rapid cooking and vacuum to produce high quality and quite transparent syrup, which is suitable for cooking hard boiled candy, fruit hard candy, crystal candy and hard toffee. It is capable of working with depositing line or forming production line.
This cooker is comprised of an insulated steel steam pressure vessel, one variable speed product dosing pump, a syrup heating coil, s steam extraction chamber and two receiving vessels,all of which are mounted on a common base plate.The special designed continuously vacuum cooker can guarantee the quality of the condensed syrup with stably running,sanitary and humanization designing, and easy to operate and maintain
