The poping boba produced by this machine has round shape and bright color, suitable for cold and hot drinks such as bubble tea, ice cream, yogurt, etc., or for cake decoration and fruit salad.
According to the production process, the popping boba is produced by three kinds of liquids, i.e. the fruit juice inside the popping boba, the sodium alginate-based coagulation liquid at the surface of popping boba, and the protective liquid for preservation of the popping boba.
