The production line is mainly consist of vacuum cooker, batch roller, rope sizer, lollipop forming machine ,lifter and 5 layer vibrating cooling machine.the line has compact structure, good performance ,high efficiency advantages. Whole line is made according to GMP standard.
This ball shape lollipop candy processing machine line is used to produce ball shape lollipop of different specifications.It is also can be used to produce center-filling ball shape lollipop.Besides,it can produce other shapes of lollipop after modification according to the requirements of customers.
DRBT The plant with many advantages of compact structure , reliable performance and high level of automation consists of heat proof pulling device for hard candy molding machine cooling conveyor wrapping machine .etc The pressing style mold can ensure plump shape for lollypop and reliable stick inserting with waggling cooling vonveyor there is less distortion resulting in perfect lollypop surface. To form a complete set production line there should be 2sets  of spherical lollypop wrappers.
