Biscuit rotary moulder is used in making soft biscuit. Forming the mixed dough into semifinished biscuit in different shapes.
The advantage of the machine:
1.Surface of flour embryo is clear, easy to be taken off the mold, easy to operate.
2.The ring-shaped belt reduce the biscuit deformation.
3.Single operation system, it is also can controlled by combine with whole line.
4.Feeding roller and crosswise milling has groove, enable the feeding sufficiently.
5.The distance between feeding roller and biscuit molds is adjustable.

Construction:
The moulding roller is consists of steel tube core in order to avoid any flexion covered with interchangeable brone and plastic rings.
The range of mono or twin rotary rollers (one cutting and one imprinting)are manufactured with inter changeable rings both completely made of bronze or both totally made of plastic,alternatively bronze cutting roller and plastic imprinting roller,or interchangeable biscuit shapes.
