Jelly candy processing line is an advanced and continuous plant for making different sizes of jelly candies.It is an ideal equipment which can produce out good quality products with the saving of both the manpower and the space occupied. This depositing line consists of jacket dissolving cooker, gear pump, storage strainer, storage tank, discharging pump, color & flavor jigger, color & flavor mixer, depositor, cooling tunnel, electric control cabinet, etc.
This unit is mainly used to cook syrup and white sugar.
It can dissolve sugar and maltose rapidly, can reach full uniform effects of dissolving by add an uniform agitation.

Working Temperature: room temperature-150ºC
all the machines are 304SUS or 316SUS according to Customization requirements.
The depositor is the main part in the candy production line.it is used to syrup holding, and quantitative filling.
It has heating control system.TG uses machine center to control bottom plate size, which will achieve stable depositing and uniform shape candy.
For other factory, this part is proceed by lathe, dimension tolerance is big and could not get a stable running.
Temperature sensor is connected by aviation plug, in case it doesn't work, just change the sensor head no need change the whole sensor wire. While for other factory, it is connected by general plug, which will bring a lot of trouble in maintenance.
