2. COLOR AND FLAVOR DOSING SYSTEM (4SETS OF DOSING PUMP IS GERMANY BRAND RDOSE, HOLDING TANK IS SUS304)
3. DEPOSITOR UNIT
1) ALL CONTACT FOOD PART SUCH AS STROKE PISTON, HOPPER, CONNECTION TUBES, MANIFOLD ETC..IS SUS304, COPPER AND TEFLON ETC..,
2) THERE ARE ONE DEPOSITOR HEAD IN THE UNIT, AND THE DEPOSITOR OF THE HOPPER IS WARM KEEPING WITH TRANSFER OIL BY ELECTRICAL HEATING, HEATING POWER IS 2KW; THE HOPPER BOTTOM, THE MANIFOLD IS WARM KEEPING BY ELECTRICA TUBE AND THE TOTAL POWER IS 7KW
3) THE DRIVING SYSTEM IS SERVO DRIVEN SYSTEM .THE MOULD DRIVING IS CONTROLLED BY FREQUENCY INVERTER WHICH BRAND IS MITSUBISHI OF JAPAN. THE WALL BASE AND FRAME OF THE DEPOSITING UNIT IS A3 AND 45# CARBON STEEL WITH SUS304 COVER.
4. DEMOUDING UNIT(THE DEMOULDING SECTION IS CHAIN CONTINOUSE TYPE INSTEAD OF DOUBLE PRESSING SYSTEM, ALL THE PARTS ARE A3 CARBON STEEL WITH CHROME COATING.
5. THE COOLING TUNNEL
1). THE COOLING TUNNEL FRAME AND COVER IS ALL STAINLESS STEEL. COVER IS JACKET WITH HIGH DENSITY ISOLUTION MATERIALS (POLYURETHANE) INSIDE.
2). THERE WILL BE A CHILLING SYSTEM INSTALLED IN THE COOLING TUNNEL, COPELAND BRAND CHILLER.
3). THE CONVEYOR IS PU MATERIALS BELT WITH TRACKING BELT UNDER THE CONVEYOR. BELT SUPPORTING PLATE IS STAINLESS STEEL SHEET.
4). THE CONVEYING SPEED IS ADJUSTABLE AND MOTOR POWER IS 1.5KW.
6. MOULD
1).CANDY MOULD IS ALUMINIUM ALLOY WITH TEFLON COATING, SIZE IS 320X75MM, 20 CAVITIES
