Empire of metals ltd. designs and manufactures the rotary cutting and moulding rollers for production of any kind of biscuits, pellets and chips. We can produce rollers, fitting any machine on the market.
Biscuit rotary moulder is used in making soft biscuit. Forming the mixed dough into semifinished biscuit in different shapes.
The advantage of the machine:
1 Surface of flour embryo is clear, easy to be taken off the mold, easy to operate.
2 The ring-shaped belt reduce the biscuit deformation.
3 Single operation system, it is also can controlled by combine with whole line.
4 Feeding roller and crosswise milling has groove, enable the feeding sufficiently.
5 The distance between feeding roller and biscuit molds is adjustable.
Wooden packing
1.Product production is completed, by the quality inspection department to check
2.After inspection qualified, clean for whole machine
3.Packing: a.Inside the machine put desiccant b.Add 6 cm thick foam plate around the machine,Then, winding stretch film for reinforcement, and combined with bubble wrap c.On wood packaging on the outside of the machine, then use metal reinforcement with steel
4.Container:according to different products for reinforcement
