The popcorn oil-popping pot in the production line is designed for automated operation, capable of adding ingredients such as corn kernels, white sugar, and oil according to programmed settings. Once a batch of popcorn is processed, the pot automatically flipsto dump the finished product onto the conveyor belt, ensuring smooth and efficient workflow. This system enhances production
efficiency and reduces manual labor, contributing to consistent popcorn quality and high throughput.

The conveyor belt is positioned centrally beneath the oil-popping pot to collect the finished popcorn. Once the batch is processed, the conveyor belt efficiently transports the popcorn to the next step in the production line. This system ensures a continuous flow of product, enhancing automation and streamlining the overall production process.

The cooling and separating screen is designed to rotate and cool the freshly popped popcorn while ensuring that the kernels remain separated. This process prevents the popcorn from sticking together, maintaining its crispness and quality. Once this step is completed, the popcorn production process is finished, ready for packaging or further processing.
