QQ(JelIy) candy processing line is an advanced and continuous plant for making different sizes of gelatin-type jelly candies (QQ candies). It is an ideal equipment which can produce out high quality products with the saving of both the manpower and the space occupied. This depositing line consists of jacket dissolving cooker, gear pump, storage strainer, storage tank, discharging pump, color & flavor jigger, color & flavor mixer, depositor, cooling tunnel, electric control cabinet, etc. With the sanitary structure design, on one hand it can produce one or two colors candy;on the other hand, it can automatically blend the essence pigment and fermenting liquid in accurate quantity ratio. High-degree automation ensures of stable production and saves time and labor force and occupations to serve the purpose of reducing the cost.
 

Product Description Cooking system is consists of jacket cooker and storage tank. Jacket cooker is used to dissolving sugar, glucose syrup, water and other ingridients.It can melt ingridients uniform with scrape stir. After raw materials melted, transfer the liquid to storage tank by transfer pipe and pumps to make sure continuous producing. The depositing system is consists of flavor and color mixer, oil sprayer and depositor. Syrup will be mixed with flavor and color in the mixer, and then will transfer to hopper start to deposit, oil sprayer inject oil on molds to make candies de-mould easier. The cooling system is consists of cooling tunnel, refrigrating machine, de-moulding device and PU belt. After depositing, candies will be conveyed to cooling tunnel, and will be cooled, demoulded and conveyed to outlet by PU belt. Working Process Description
Starch and water are mixed in container to get starch slurry;
Starch slurry, water, glucose syrup and sugar are mixed in the Automatic Batching Dissolution System to form mass solution and heated up to required temperature, cooked to get required sugar content;
Cooked starch syrup is conveyed to Injection Cooking Machine through pump and pipeline to be condensed and cooked into required starch sugar paste, which is to be kept in Storage Tank for the next process;
Automatic Toner Tank to get required color, flavor;
Modulated sugar paste is conveyed into Hopper of Depositor to deposited into starch mould to get starch jelly candy with various colors and shape

1. Product production is completed, by the quality inspection department to check 
2. After inspection qualified, clean for whole machine 
3. Packing:

a. Inside the machine put desiccant

b. Add 6 cm thick foam plate around the machine,Then, winding stretch film for reinforcement, and combined with bubble wrap

c. On wood packaging on the outside of the machine, then use metal reinforcement with steel 
4. Container: according to different products for reinforcement
