The continuous inflating machine in the cotton candy production line injects air into the melted syrup through high-speed rotating airflow, causing the syrup to rapidly expand and form numerous fine air bubbles. The cooling line in the cotton candy production line is designed to facilitate the cooling and setting of the extruded cotton candy. As the cotton candy moves along the cooling line, it undergoes gradual cooling, allowing it to solidify and retain its shape before proceeding to the next stage of the production process. This ensures that the product maintains its desired texture and consistency for further handling and packaging.
The starch dusting system in the cotton candy production line consists of two units: the powdering and covering stations. These units perform starch application before extrusion and after cooling, respectively. The starch serves two main purposes: it prevents the cotton candy from sticking together and aids in the shaping of the product. The starch is recycled throughout the process to ensure efficient use and maintain product quality.
The cotton candy production line features three de-starching units designed to remove excess starch from the surface of the cotton candy. As the cotton candy passes through rotating drums, it tumbles and gently sheds the excess starch.
