Popcorn conveyor
The conveyor is used for transporting popcorn after discharge. The speed of convey is variable.
It has an automatic washing function. Multiple high-pressure nozzles are installed on both sides of the conveyor belt. When the conveyor belt is flowing, the high-pressure nozzles can thoroughly clean both sides of the conveyor belt. After cleaning, it can be dried by a fan to achieve unmanned automatic cleaning.
Install two high-speed fans above the conveyor belt to pre-cool the popcorn before it enters the cooling and screening machines
A collect channel is set at the bottom of the conveyor belt, which can pour the popcorn residue and cleaned sewage to the tail for centralized cleaning and export by water pipes.

Popcorn cooling and screening rotary drum
The machine is used for cooling and screening popcorn, removing popcorn residue and popcorn of irregular size or shape. The speed of rotary is variable.
It has an automatic washing function, by setting dozens of high-pressure nozzles on both sides and inside of the drum, the cleaning pipeline moves at the same time when the drum rotates, so that the high-pressure nozzles can thoroughly spray and clean the inside and outside of the drum, dissolving the special cleaning agent in water for better results.
Easy cooling of the popcorn by installing multiple high-speed fans on both sides of the drum.
The dispersing rods are installed on both sides of the drum, which can quickly separate the popcorn caking during the rolling process.
