The Water Chestnut Popping Boba Production Line is fully automated for efficient and cost-effective production. It uses rollers to coat water chestnuts with calcium powder, which are then dipped into a sodium alginate solution to create a gel layer through a chemical reaction.
The finished products are cooked to the perfect texture. Both calcium powder and sodium alginate solution can be recycled, reducing material waste. The system is easy to operate and ensures consistent, high-quality results.

This equipment vibrates the melted quick-frozen water chestnut fruit pellets, and screens out the water chestnut fruit pellets that are too large, too small, or stuck together, leaving only the water chestnut fruit pellets of moderate size that are easy to be coated with flour for the next step.
This equipment evenly coats calcium powder on the surface of water chestnuts or other grains. It includes an automatic powder feeding system to provide enough calcium powder for the continuous processing of water chestnut fruit grains. Its main body is a rotating cavity. The water chestnut fruit grains are rotated in the cavity, and are evenly coated with calcium powder many times before entering into the next step.
This part is the sodium alginate reaction tank. The water chestnut particles coated with calcium powder are lifted to the premixing tank for premixing, and then enter the double-layer sodium alginate solution reaction tank for reaction for about 10 minutes. The built-in screw conveyor in the reaction tank ensures that the water chestnut particles are first-in-first-out, maintaining the same reaction time, so that the calcium powder reacts evenly with the sodium alginate solution and is firmly wrapped on the surface of the water chestnut particles.
This part is to screen the water chestnut particles that have reacted well, remove the sticky and unreacted ones, and advance the qualified ones to the final step.
This is a boiling pot, and its function is to cook the successfully reacted water chestnut nut grains, thereby forming a shiny water chestnut popping boba product with a transparent skin and visible white flesh.
