Packaging and Shipping
Wooden Packaging:
1.After the product is manufactured, it shall be inspected by the quality control department.
2.Upon passing the inspection, the complete machine shall be cleaned.
3.Packaging:
a. Place desiccants inside the machine.
b. Add 6 cm thick foam boards around the machine, then wrap and secure it with stretch film combined with bubble film.
c. Pack the machine in a wooden case externally, followed by reinforcement with steel materials.
4.Containerization: Reinforcement shall be carried out according to different product types.
