Details:
Kitchen system:1. All machines and pipes are made of 304 stainless steel, processed by high-precision CNC, and laser welded (seamless).
2. The cooker adopts jacket to achieve a better heat preservation and ensure more effective cooking.
3. The cooking and storage design is suitable for the cooking of any gummy candy raw materials ( gelatin, pectin, Carrageenan).
4. All syrup transportation adopt high-precision lobe pumps.
5. The whole part of the cooking is controlled by an independent control cabinet. Can better control the sugar boiling process.
6. Warming keeping system (Water tank, heating elements, water pump, temperature controller, piping valves etc)
Depositing and cooling system:1. A depositor comprises a depositing head, mould circuit and cooling tunnel.
2. All the movements in the head are servo - driven for accuracy and linked mechanically for consistency.
3. Temperature detector adopts aviation plug, easy for disassemble and much safer.
4. Door with water-proof strip, easy for clean structure meets the drug standard, no sanitary corner.
5. All materials are stainless steel 304 0r 316, the food contact part is 316 SS, no any baking vanish or iron.
6. All parts processed by CNC, laser cutting and welding, the wall plate all milled to ensure the precision, which can continuous work for 24h, this prolong the service life of all parts, make the running more stable, the operation easier and maintenance cost lower.
