TGP 400 Fully Automatic popping boba production line
TGP 400 Popping boba depositing making machine line adopts PLC control system and with fully automatic design.
The whole machine is made of 304 stainless steel and it is fully comply with the food sanitation standards. The popping boba that made by this machine is in beautiful round shape, bright color and with very few waste material. The popping boba can be used in bubble tea, ice cream, cake decoration and egg tart filling, and etc.
! Note:there are three liquid in this system:
The fruit juice (the main ingredients are water, glucose syrup,calcicum lactate, white granulated sugar, Guar gum, xanthan gum, concentrated juice, Citric acid, and etc.. It is used to be the inner of popping boba);
The Sodium alginate liquid(or you can call it solidification liquid, the main ingredients are water and Sodium alginate, it is used to forming the outer of popping boba);
The Protection liquid(the main ingredients are water,fructose,and etc. It used to protect the popping boba in the packing box). Popping boba weight:0.2g~15g; size: 4-35mm

1.Product production is completed, by the quality inspection department to check 
2.After inspection qualified, clean for whole machine 
3.Packing: a. Inside the machine put desiccant b. Add 6 cm thick foam plate around the machine, Then, winding stretch film for reinforcement, and combined with bubble wrap c. On wood packaging on the outside of the machine, then use metal reinforcement with steel 
4.Container:according to different products for reinforcement
